WHEN YOU HIRE BULKOVITCH LAW, YOU'RE GETTING MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION.

Note About COVID19:

Under Governor Lamont's Executive Order No. 7H, legal services are considered essential so this firm is still open to serve clients. Although many of the courts have greatly limited the matters they will hear and act on at this time, we remain committed to assisting clients as best we can.

To that end, this firm is working with clients on drafting Wills and other essential estate planning documents. We are probating estates. And we are also working remotely with clients who are looking to mediate dissolution agreements for submission to Family Court for court approval.  Please reach out by phone or email for additional information.

Wishing everyone health during this crisis.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE

We work with our clients to learn their goals and objectives, explain their options, and keep them informed from start to finish. Whether someone needs customized Estate Planning or assistance with Mediation, Divorce and Family Law, Title 19 / Medicaid applications, Elder Law, Probate Court or Residential Real Estate closings, our clients can rely on us to help them navigate these situations, no matter how complex or challenging.

PRACTICE AREAS

Bulkovitch Law

Do you know the difference between a will and a living will? Have you made a plan to care for your minor or disabled children? Do you need assistance navigating probate? Do you understand how you may qualify for Medicaid / Title 19?

We can help. Estate Planning may be less expensive than you think.

Bulkovitch Law

Mediation can be used to help resolve a dispute. A mediator is a neutral and impartial party whose job is to:  facilitate the exchange of information;  help the parties define the issue(s); find common grounds; empower the parties to brainstorm solutions; and assist the parties to negotiate an agreement that both parties can accept. A mediator will  then memorialize the parties agreed to decisions in writing.

We can help you decide if mediation may be an option.

Bulkovitch Law

Are there children involved?

Where You Need to Be

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT

At Bulkovitch Law LLC, we are a law firm for a changing world that retains old world values. We are consistent, patient and professional, giving each client the attention they deserve. An integral part of our services is to work closely with our clients so that they can make the right decisions with respect to their legal needs and/or legal rights.  We address all known concerns and explain known options.

As an attorney I pride myself on being both an educator as well as an advocate.

As a mediator I pride myself on being a neutral third party that facilitates the discussion with all sides with the goal of all parties reaching an agreement. I will not provide legal advice unless and until all parties agree that they want my advice and I have legal expertise in that specific area of the law.
